Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@coremesalabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
