Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are research chemicals, most sales are final once shipped. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if something is wrong with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@coremesalabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used vials/products (for safety and integrity reasons).
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
